Once or twice a week, a musical program is planned with live artists responding to our philosophy. To offer you a journey into a world of well-being with friends or family at sunset, meet at the bar in the evening from 6 p.m., a lazing place to end your day in a friendly atmosphere.

Our pizza is made with a crisp and moist texture on a fresh sourdough base, handmade, finely selected toppings, a Mutti brand sauce made from the best Italian tomatoes, selected fresh ingredients and classic Italian spices. With 30 centimeters in diameter, it remains generous and well balanced.

A hamburger that mixes different pieces of beef for added flavor. From Charolais or Black Angus breed, our meat is tasty and chopped large, juicy but not fatty. The brioche and airy Bun, subtly sweet and chewy, provides a welcome counterpoint to the toppings, and absorbs the generous juices of the meat well. The fondant Emmental or the Bleu du Vercors AOP cheese comes to cover the steak, we then slip a slice of tomato and organic salad. Served according to your taste, our gourmet Burger can be enjoyed with the fingers and without moderation.

The Classic "G & T" revisited in the Chamberts way. A concentrate of freshness! 4 cl of a London dry distilled in London, a perfect balance between citrus notes and spicy palate. Hit with an avalanche of ice cubes in a large balloon glass and toned with Schweppes, we add juniper berries, a sprig of rosemary from the Chamberts garden, a piece of cinnamon stick and some red fruits.
A top-of-the-range drink for purists, 4cl of superior Gin (Gin of the moment, see at the Bar) with Fever-Tree Tonic Water with unique flavors that will revolutionize your way of tasting this cocktail. The best ingredients chosen, served in a large G & T glass (this cocktail needs space to diffuse all its aromas) filled with ice cubes. The bitterness of the tonic water goes perfectly with the green notes of alcohol, dry and fruity flavor, the aroma of candied orange contrasts with the slightly peppery length in the mouth. A sprig of rosemary from the garden, dried hibiscus flower petals, red berries, juniper berries and a piece of cinnamon stick decorate and refine this very floral cocktail.
The legendary 100% Cuban cocktail! Lime wedges in their juice, cane sugar, fresh mint leaves from the garden, 4 cl of agricultural rum from Reunion Island "Charette" filled with crushed ice and lengthened with Perrier.
The mythical Venetian cocktail revisited in the Chamberts way! In a beautiful pool of ice cubes, we pour two volumes of Bitter (Aperol), three volumes of Clairette de Die and a dash of Perrier. A very refreshing taste with a bittersweet flavor.
Very fresh "sweet and strong" Porto Rican cocktail with Charette rum from Réunion island, cane sugar, pineapple juice and an ounce of coconut milk, mixed with ice cubes and served in a tall glass. A good taste of rum, a good taste of coconut and a good taste of pineapple!.
Popular cocktail thanks to the "sex on the city" series, naturally tangy with a balance between sweet and more acidic flavors. Made with vodka, triple sec (bitter orange), lime and cranberry juice, prepared in a shaker with ice cubes.

Amber beverage born, in 1901, from the encounter of Coca-Cola brought by American troops to the island of Cuba. Prepared as I drank it in the Dominican Republic, with Amber Añejo Brugal Rum, squeezed lime, ice cubes and we pour the coca-cola over them. Super refreshing!

The planter is one of the traditional cocktails in the West Indies, it has been served to refresh workers in the sugar cane plantations. Based on agricultural white rum from the "Charette" meeting, fruit juice (nectar) of guava, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, and orange juice. Shake in a shaker with ice cubes.
A pool of Clairette de Die (Large glass filled with ice cubes), with a dip of Tripple sec, a little lime juice and red fruits. The sweetness of Clairette de Die subtilizes the acidity of the lime.

After aging for 8 years in French oak barrels, this Rum contains all the warmth and spirit of Haiti. Powerful, mellow and well balanced, imbued with an aromatic bouquet of vanilla and pepper, this old rum will surprise you.
Aged rum with a unique taste with well-controlled double aging. First 8 years aging carried out in American oak barrels previously burnt and having contained Bourbon. Once it has reached good maturity, the second step is to age it a second time in Spanish sherry oak barrels for another 6 years. Great emotion for this exceptional rum.
